Our innovative EPOS and Stock Control software is designed specifically with clubs in mind, with membership features including use of membership smart cards and the member digital ID in our app to access prepaid member balances and thereby avail of discounted pricing. We supply all relevant kit including touchscreen tills, tablets, printers, barcode scanners and card readers while also providing a full design and print service on smart cards and fobs.
We have delivered access and lighting controls solutions to many leading clubs for over fifteen years.
Access control is generally based on use of our Smart membership cards and fobs for scanning at specific access readers around our clubhouse, courts, and grounds. Permissions can be set for member access at relevant points depending on their category of membership, gender, time of day, etc. If relevant, we can also assign a charge-per-swipe for entry at certain access points. For example, some of our clubs charge members to swipe into their gym area.
The same proximity card or fob can also be presented at our lighting meters to activate lights for specific periods of time on courts, pitches and snooker tables, with a charge being deducted from the member's Smart balance. Alternatively, lights can be activated automatically given a booking within the CM365 Court booking solution.
The evolution of the Digital ID within our app now also means that lights can be activated via the member's app, while the Digital ID can also be scanned for access control alongside the use of cards/fobs. Non-member pay-per-play scenarios can also be managed by the issuing of temporary Digital IDs linked to specific bookings for access and lighting control.
Our Smart cards and fobs are used across our EPOS tills, access control and lighting control solutions.
Members can also access a Digital ID within their Smart Club App as an alternative to the traditional card or fob, and our recommendation on relevant readers will be determined by whether or not the Club wants members to be able to use the Digital ID.
